Stellar is designed to provide a motion-comfort experience using on-device camera, motion, visual, and audio processing. We do not use the app to build advertising profiles, track you across other apps or websites, or sell personal information.
Stellar 旨在通过设备端的相机、运动、视觉和音频处理，提供晕动缓解体验。 我们不会将本 App 用于构建广告画像、跨其他 App 或网站追踪用户，也不会出售个人信息。
2. Information We Access / 我们访问的信息
Stellar may access the following information only when needed for app features:
- Camera data for Live View mode.
- Motion data from device sensors to drive visual effects.
- App settings and preferences stored locally on your device.
Stellar does not require an account and does not intentionally collect contact lists, photos, health records, location data, or browsing history.
Stellar 仅在实现功能所需时访问以下信息：

3. How We Use Information / 信息如何使用
We use camera and motion data only to render the app’s visual comfort effects in real time on your device. Settings are used to remember your preferences and improve app usability.
我们仅将相机与运动数据用于在设备端实时渲染视觉缓解效果。 设置数据用于记住你的偏好并提升使用体验。
4. On-Device Processing / 设备端处理
Where possible, Stellar processes data locally on your device. We do not upload camera frames, motion samples, or app settings to a remote server for analytics or advertising.
在可行范围内，Stellar 会在你的设备本地处理数据。我们不会将相机画面、运动样本或应用设置上传到远程服务器用于分析或广告。
5. Background Audio / 后台音频
If you enable background audio, Stellar may continue audio playback when the app moves to the background, consistent with your choice and iOS system behavior.
如果你开启后台音频，Stellar 可能会在应用进入后台后继续播放音频，这与您的设置以及 iOS 系统行为一致。
6. Third-Party Services / 第三方服务
Stellar does not use third-party advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, or third-party login providers in the current version.

7. Permissions / 权限
Stellar requests the following permissions only when needed:
- Camera for Live View mode.
- Motion for motion-driven visual effects.

8. Data Retention / 数据保留
App settings and preferences are stored locally on your device until you change them, reset the app, or uninstall the app.

9. Children’s Privacy / 儿童隐私
Stellar is not intended for children under the age required by local law without appropriate parental consent. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us through the app, please contact us.
若当地法律要求，未经适当监护人同意，Stellar 不面向低于该年龄的儿童。 如果你认为儿童通过本 App 向我们提供了个人信息，请联系我们。
10. Your Choices / 你的选择
You can stop using camera or motion features by disabling the relevant permissions in iOS Settings. You can also reset app preferences from within the app if a reset option is provided.
你可以在 iOS 设置中关闭相机或运动权限来停止相关功能。 如果 App 内提供重置选项，你也可以在 App 内重置偏好设置。
11. Changes to This Policy / 政策变更
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above and, if appropriate, provide additional notice in the app or on this page.
